Return and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong pattern from me, contact me and I will send you the correct pattern as well as the required funds to return the first pattern.

While I make every effort to check and recheck my calculations, it is possible that a mistake could be made in the drafting process. If the outfit does not fit as you thought it would, contact me with a description of the problem, and if possible, pictures of the problem and I will create a new pattern for you, completely free of charge, and on priority order.

As all patterns are custom made for you, I can not accept returns unless there is a serious problem with the pattern. Please make sure that you actually want the pattern before you order.

In the event that the pattern was drafted correctly, but an error was made in the measuring process, a correction and new pattern can be made at a small additional charge. Please make sure that you follow the measurement instructions closely. Always get a friend to help you take your own measurements.

Should the pattern not turn out as you expected, regardless if it was a mistake in the drafting process, I am not responsible for the cost of the wasted fabric.
